Seeking an experienced bookkeeper to handle a wide range of accounting responsibilities for a Advertising-trucking co. Candidate must have considerable bookkeeping / accounting experience with specific working knowledge of QUICKBOOKS ENTERPRISE EDITION 9.0. This position also involves some basic office administration. This is a full time position available immediately. Located in Hunts Point (Free Parking Available).
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
-Bank Reconciliations
-Daily Deposits via Remote Deposit System and/or Bank
-Posting of Cash Receipts, Invoicing Customers, Maintain Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
-Process Vendor Invoices
-QuickBooks Inventory Management
-Processing Payroll through PAYCHEX
-Financial analysis as required
-Working knowledge of posting to the general ledger
